Our Magazine Cover: Vivienne Gucwa’s Photos of the Seward Park Site

Must Read

A lot of people made great contributions to our first print magazine, which debuted on Tuesday. For our cover story, we turned to one of our favorite photographers, Lower East Side resident Vivienne Gucwa.  You see her photos in our “Good Morning” posts from time to time. She’s got a great eye and a fresh perspective on the always changing LES.  It was a pleasure working with Vivienne for our lead piece on the Seward Park Development Plan. Given our space limitations, there was only room for a few photos, so we wanted to share the full set with you online. By the way — if you’d like to see more of Vivienne’s work, check out her blog, nythroughthelens.com.
