Kurt Kavanagh of the East Village Community Coalition asked us to pass along the following announcement: the organization, along with the Local Spokes coalition “hosting a community visioning session for bicycling in the East Village, Lower East Side and Chinatown on Monday, February 13th. Please share your thoughts of how bicycling can further benefit our great neighborhoods.” It will be held from 6-8 p.m., at the Keith D. Cylar House, 743-49 East 9th Street (between Ave C & D).
