One of the East Village’s most photogenic events took place yesterday afternoon, as the organizers of Tompkins Square dog run put on their 21st annual canine costume contest.
There were people dressed up as dogs and dogs dressed up as people, along with several MTA and tour bus costumes and more than one canine bee.
