Strong winds and pelting rain swept through the LES in the blink of an eye Wednesday night, leaving behind a gorgeous sunset looking southwest over Essex Street towards the new World Trade Center. We’re in for a another beautiful day today, and a nice weekend as well. Today and tomorrow look clear and sunny, with highs in the mid-80s.
