LoHo Realty is opening a second office on Grand Street, in a storefront owned by the Seward Park Cooperative. The real estate company, operated by Jacob Goldman, already has a presence on the extreme eastern end of the block. The new office, at 397 Grand, will open sometime this spring.
LoHo Realty has also just launched a new service called “Concierge.” According to their web site, it will offer “a unique service focusing on the specific community, cultural, and livability needs of the greater Cooperative Village community, including East River, Seward Park, Amalgamated and Hillman communities.”
There’s a large menu of options including: package delivery, dry cleaning delivery, notary services, apartment movers, appliance repair and theater tickets. If you’d like to find out more, visit the Concierge web site.
Nice charaterization of our end of Grand Street as extreme. Written like a true SP resident with an attitude.
Thanks, Eastsider95128! We were hoping someone would notice that.
