Love was truly in the air last Friday night as Rooftop Films‘ evening of romantic shorts at the Open Road Rooftop got under way. Founder and artistic director, Mark Rosenberg delighted the crowd and his girlfriend, Stephanie Skaff (of the band Frances), by proposing to her during his introduction to the show (aptly titled, “Hopelessly Devoted”).
