Starting this evening, the cafe 88 Orchard will be offering a new menu of small plates for dinner, along with table service beginning at 6pm every day. The café will continue its regular counter service during the day. General Manager Sheena Gebhardt writes:
Customers will be treated to candlelit dining, a fresh new selection of beer and wine and an updated menu of comfort food and desserts. In an effort to support local foods and businesses, 88 Orchard will offer cheeses from Saxelby Cheesemongers, dumplings from Vanessa’s Dumpling House, a rotating selection of gelato from Il Laboratorio del Gelato and bakery items from This Chick Bakes.
Already pointed out on another blog, but $5 for a $1 portion of dumplings is pretty funny.
