Police Searching for LES Robber

According to the Village Voice, Police are looking for a suspect in at least four “strong-arm” robberies in Lower East Side housing projects.  The incidents happened December 26th at Campos Plaza (East 12th),  January 3rd at the Baruch Houses (Delancey), January 4th at the Lillian Wald Houses (FDR Drive) and January 5th at the projects on Catherine Slip. The woman seen in the surveillance video below is apparently a “helpful friend.” Police say the suspect is 5’10” to 6′ tall, about 190 pounds, and has been seen wearing a black jacket with a skull-and-flames insignia on the left side.
