It’s no revelation that more high-priced restaurants are opening on the Lower East Side every year. If you’re into more affordable indulgences, there is a less expensive way to experience Dufresne’s mastery: sit at the bar and partake of any two dishes for $25, with additional dishes offered at $15 each.
